The largest pockets of lymph nodes in the body are in the neck, armpits, groin, and backs of the knees. And because the lymph system doesn’t have a pump like the heart, it needs help from us to get going. This energizing, feel-good vinyasa class will get you moving in all the right ways so you can encourage healthy lymphatic flow. Then, after the active practices, you’ll stretch it out and wind down with some relaxed, easy floor poses.
