After a warm-up for your hips and shoulders, you’ll move on to standing vinyasa sequences where you’ll use the band to enhance familiar poses, including chair, locust, warrior lll, half moon pose, malasana (garland pose), and more.
Put your prop aside at the end to conclude with feel-good supine stretches and then vive la savasana!
