Stand in your power with this slow and steady prenatal flow practice. Start with a brief connection to your little one, and then move through high lunge, warrior II, side angle pose, and more.This flow includes practices for your whole body, but places special emphasis on strengthening the leg and hip muscles to enhance pelvic support and stability. End with a relaxing and supportive savasana.
