Class Description

Seeking an energizing morning practice?

Try this short four-part kundalini kriya. It includes stretch pose two ways (one easier and one more challenging), knees to chest pose, spinal rocks, and ego eradicator (an active seated kundalini practice). You’ll integrate breath of fire in all of the poses (besides spinal rocks) making them super-enlivening!
