Wall Yoga After 50

In this class you’ll use the wall for support and stability. You’ll do a complete practice that includes standing poses, balance work, core-strengthening work, inversions, seated twists, and more. 

Rest at the end with your legs up the wall where Larry guides you in a simple focused breathing practice.
