Wings of Light

Call in the radiance of your being as you move through this slow and powerful vinyasa practice. Class begins seated with mantra, mudra, and visualization. From there you'll do namaskar flows from all fours, crescent lunge flows, mandala arms in warrior II, goddess flows, seated twists, and more. Enjoy expanding your "heart wings" as you clear the way for your light.
