World Oceans Day Pranayama and Meditation

We invite you to join us for a breath-centered practice: sitali pranayama (cooling breath). This is an all-levels practice with a guided visualization, and concludes by inviting us to ask ourselves a simple, yet profound question: How do our individual actions affect the health of the ocean and the planet?
