In this class, Doug takes you through an experiential anatomy lesson that can help you to understand the wrist joint better along with optimal hand mechanics in weight-bearing poses. You’ll do a variety of exercises to create space in the wrist joints and strengthen and develop awareness of the muscles of the shoulders, arms, hands, and more.
