Yin/Yang Yoga for a Deeper Release

In this meditative class, Ellen invites you to slow down so you can “abide in each pose.” You’ll begin with a hip- and quad-focused yin sequence that includes forward bends, saddle pose, and frog pose. Then, you’ll move into yang mode with a few standing poses, a pigeon variation, and an active forward bend.

Rest at the end in savasana where Ellen encourages you to tune in to sensation as you let go.

Have an extra blanket on hand for this one.
