Yin Yoga for Better Backbends

Mobilize your upper body and free your breath in this yin yoga practice that focuses on backbends. This short and supportive class might feel especially good after you’ve been driving or working at a computer for a long period of time. Start with a brief breathing exercise and then enjoy an inverted backbend with a supported bridge pose. Next, open your entire front body with a supported saddle pose. Round out your practice with reclined twists and a sweet savasana.
