Yin Yoga for Clarity and Confidence

Class Description

This yin yoga class begins with kapalabhati (a warming breath practice), then moves into hip-opening forward folds. You'll practice square pose, a wide-legged forward fold, and child's pose, and then finish with a restful savasana.
