Yin Yoga for Loss and Letting Go

Class Description

This lovingly crafted yin practice of gentle backbends and calming forward folds is designed to provide solace and sanctuary for those experiencing grief. Throughout the class, Corina invites you to remain open: to feel what you feel and hold yourself with tenderness.

Class concludes with a seated practice of nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) and a restful savasana.
