In this short stress-relieving yin yoga class, you'll release upper and lower body tension with praying mantis pose, folded wings, wide knee child's pose, and caterpillar. Then you'll sit for a calming practice of alternate nostril breathing.

At the end of class, Corina suggests that you rest, feel, and integrate what you experienced in an optional five-minute savasana.
