Yin Yoga for Stress Relief

Give yourself this gift of time to find more ease and presence with this short stress-relieving yin yoga class. You'll release upper and lower body tension with praying mantis pose, folded wings, wide knee child's pose, and caterpillar. Then you'll sit for a calming practice of alternate nostril breathing. At the end of class, you will rest, feel, and integrate what you experienced in an optional savasana.
