Soothe Overwhelm

This calming practice can be especially useful on days when you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply tired. Start with a mellow, seated meditation to settle in and offer yourself compassion. Then open your hips, low back, and hamstrings with shoelace and dragonfly pose. Conclude with a centering pranayama, feeling more peaceful.
