Yin Yoga to Feel Fully Alive

This yin practice is designed to give you insight into your feelings and to provide an opportunity to appreciate the many textures of your emotional landscape. You’ll do heart bench, praying mantis, dragon, sleeping swan, dragonfly, and more as Corina encourages you to listen within and cultivate an attitude of self-acceptance. Class also includes a contemplative reading from The Book of Hours by Rainer Maria Rilke.
