Yin Yoga to Open Your Body

Practice description

This yin yoga class features backbends and deep stretches for the quads and other hip flexors. You'll practice praying mantis, dragon pose, saddle (or sphinx), a gentle supine twist, and then conclude in savasana. Leave the mat feeling open, energized, and ready for your day.
