Yin Yoga to Open Your Body

Opening the front of your body is a great way to wake up, and this class covers all the bases. You’ll focus on gently opening your quads, hip flexors, and chest. Start with praying mantis before enjoying dragon pose and then your choice of saddle or sphinx. A gentle supine twist rounds out the practice before savasana. Leave feeling open, energized, and ready for your day.
