Class Description
This yin yoga class includes inner thigh and hamstring releasing forward folds. You'll practice waterbug pose, caterpillar pose, and a gentle supine twist, and then conclude in savasana. As you practice, Corina invites you to soften goal-oriented thinking and simply allow your experience to unfold.
