Yin Yoga to Release Frustration

Soften goal-oriented thinking and enjoy the experience of this sweet practice. This class includes inner thigh- and hamstring-releasing forward folds. Practice waterbug pose, caterpillar pose, a gentle supine twist, and then conclude in savasana.
