Yoga After 50 General Conditioning Level 1 (Class 1)

Are you over 50 years old? This class is for you. Focus on your breath through a sequence of basic yoga poses and variations so you can adapt them to your body's needs. You’ll start standing with a sun salutation variation, do a supine backbending series, a fun balance pose called “the karate kid,” and more, before concluding with easy wind-down stretches.
