In this level 2 class, you’ll begin with focused breathing, followed by flowing movements in warrior l and triangle pose designed to mobilize your joints. After that, you’ll do core-strengthening work on hands and knees, pigeon variations to slowly open your hips, gentle movement to ease into a seated forward bend, calming reclined twists, and more.
