Yoga After 50: Lower Back

This calming, breath-centered class is designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and support your lower back. You’ll do supine leg stretches, prone backbends, a bird dog series, lunges, and more. 

Conclude the practice with a guided savasana where you’ll do belly breathing.
