Don't let this 30-minute twist practice deceive you. We explore more than just lateral flexion and rotation (the primary movements of the spine involved in twisting). Jessica will break down the total range of motion in the spine. Learn how flexion and extension also relate to twisting well, and learn how to work with your spine as a whole, rather than solely within its component parts. 

Pose breakdowns include: twisted lunge, revolved triangle, side crow, and more.
