Yoga at Work

Class Description

Relax the mind and body while you're at work (that's right, we said relax—at work!). This breath-infused 15-minute sequence, which you can do at your desk, is perfect for relieving tension in the neck, shoulders, hamstrings, and hips. It concludes with a guided meditation.
