Yoga for Absolute Beginners

A fun and accessible fundamental yoga class. Explore warrior ll, tree pose, a standing forward bend, downward facing dog, and child’s pose while moving at a pace that’s comfortable for you. You’ll also learn how to breathe well as you move, observe how your body responds to the practice, and most importantly, enjoy yourself!
