Yoga for Athletes: Articulating Suspension and Compression Through the Spine and Pelvis

Developing more strength and mobility along your spine can help you move with greater integrity and ease. In this breath-centered sequence, you’ll first create stability in your lower back with supine core strengthening, then you’ll move on to whole back strengthening from hands and knees, dynamic hip flexor and hamstring stretches designed to lengthen your spine, and more. While this class was made with athletes in mind, you don’t need to play a sport to reap the benefits!
