Yoga for Body Peace

In this practice for self-care and body positivity, you’ll move through a customizable vinyasa sequence designed to help you cultivate a joyful movement experience.

You’ll begin with a “stand in your power” centering practice before moving on to a flow that includes standing side bends, a skandasana variation, standing figure four, and camel variations. You’ll also do a yoga squat (malasana), a wide-legged forward fold with an option for tripod headstand, lizard pose, a seated forward bend sequence, supine hip openers, and more.
