Class Description

In this comprehensive class, which blends discussion and practice, you’ll get general practice recommendations and lifestyle tips for endometriosis. You’ll also explore practices designed to relieve common symptoms.

Class includes breathwork in reclined butterfly pose (supta baddha konasana), a bolster-supported bridge pose (setu bandha), a reclined hip flexor release, a “two-strapped” reclined hand to big toe pose (supta padangusthasana), knees to chest pose, and a gentle twist. You’ll close the experience with more reclined breathwork in a variation of savasana.

Be gentle with yourself and rest in this calming, breath-centered practice.
