Yoga for Hikers

This whole-body conditioning practice stretches and strengthens the areas where active yogis need support. You’ll do chair pose squats for your hips, block- and strap- supported chest opening to counteract the weight of your pack, core-strengthening leg lifts, foot stretches, deep calf and hip flexor work, and more.
