Yoga for Men: 20-Minute Morning Stretch

Wake up with a feel-good stretch class. You’ll flow through lunges and twists, focusing on coordinating your breath with your movement. Settle down in pigeon pose, bridge, and reclined twists. This class will open up your whole body, but puts special emphasis on stretches for your shoulders and hips.
