Yoga for Men: Lower Back and Hamstrings

Connect with your breath and the sensations in your body throughout the practice so you can move with ease and experience the relaxing effects of stretching. In this alignment-focused class, you’ll begin with sun salutations and lunges. After that, you’ll move into a sequence of standing wide-legged straddle stretches and twists, squats, supine leg stretches, seated forward bends, a flowing bridge sequence, and more. Have a strap, belt or towel, and a cushion (or folded up blankets) on hand for this practice.
