Yoga for Men: Tight Hamstrings and Shoulders

Ease and open your hamstrings and shoulders with this straight-forward class. Start with a sankalpa (an intention for your practice) and then move through sun salutations followed by standing, lying, and sitting poses. Feel a sense of expansion and softening in your shoulders, back, and hamstrings. The session concludes with kapalabhati pranayama (skull-shining breath) and a short meditation.
