Yoga for Men: Tight Hips

Open and engage the muscles all around your hip joints in this slow-flow class. Begin with guided breathing in child’s pose. After that, you’ll move into a warm-up followed by a sequence that includes lunges, a “crescent moon” variation of side plank, squats, crow pose, flowing bridge, relaxing supine leg stretches, and more. Let go of your effort at the end and rest in savasana.
