Yoga for Menopause: Bladder Support

As we age, many of us experience compromising moments when we sneeze, cough, or laugh (it’s only normal and natural). And thankfully, yoga can help.

This focused class is designed to support the bladder and reduce these uncomfortable situations. You’ll begin by warming up the spine from seated and on all fours. After that comes strengthening asanas that integrate pelvic floor work, a wind-down series of supine poses, and a concluding savasana.
