Yoga for Menopause: Deep Relaxation

Feel replenished and restored with this relaxation practices that can support you during menopause. You’ll begin by learning a self-care tip you can use beforehand to make the experience even more effective. After that comes legs up the chair pose and seated (on the floor) practices such as nadi shodhana, shoulder and wrist circles, a variation of cat-cow, and more. Then, once you’re done, you’ll wrap up in blankets for a guided relaxation in savasana. For this practice you will need a body oil.
