Yoga for Menopause: Hot-Flash Relief

Experiencing hot flashes? In this class, you’ll explore cooling asana and pranayama techniques that can support you during these hotter moments in life.  You’ll begin with breathwork and moon salutes, then you’ll move on to pitta (fire) pacifying side-body practices. After that comes forward bends, pranayama, and  savasana. Return to these practices as needed and desired and see if they help.
