Yoga for Mountain Bikers

You’ll begin this whole-body stretch for mountain bikers with self-massage techniques for your feet. After that, you’ll do ankle rolls, calf massage using a blanket, supported stretches for the mid and lower back (which counter the mountain biking posture), psoas release work using tennis or massage balls, reclined figure four, and more.
