In this pre-run and/or cross-training practice for runners, you’ll work on developing more core strength and mobilizing your spine. You’ll do a supine warm-up before moving on to a stretching and strengthening sequence that includes spinal articulations in cat-cow, thoracic twists from all fours, side plank variations, bird dogs, a seated twist, and more. Class winds down with a short and integrative standing flow. Enjoy creating more awareness and flexibility for more efficient runs!
