Yoga for School Teachers

This soothing practice is designed to help you rediscover your breath and cultivate your own sense of strength and support. You'll move through a tabletop series, a warrior series, and assisted bridge as you release the tensions that bind you so that you can rediscover your own courage, stability, and enthusiasm—inside and outside the classroom.
