Social workers, join Shari as she leads a special class just for you! This practice is designed to help you tap into your courage and passion. Combining breath exercises, such as agni sara (and even the whimsical lion’s pose!) with a warrior series and culminating in bridge pose, this practice can help you to release pent-up emotions and nurture some self-compassion, even as you exercise compassion for others.
