Yoga for Social Workers

Social workers, this class is just for you! Is designed to help you tap into your courage and passion. This practice can help you to release pent-up emotions and nurture some self-compassion, even as you exercise compassion for others while combining breath exercises, such as agni sara (and even the whimsical lion’s pose) with a warrior series and culminating in bridge pose.
