Yoga for Strength & Stamina: Pull It All Together

Come as you are, use what you have, and do what you can! This dynamic flow will strengthen your legs, build core awareness, and prepare you for handstand at the wall. Throughout class, you'll hear options to increase or decrease the intensity level. Give yourself permission to choose self-care and come out of poses when you're ready (and to opt-out of poses as needed).
