Yoga for the Inflexible Yogi

Do you consider yourself an inflexible yogi? In this practice for beginners you will be able to stretch your body in a slow and methodical way. You'll do a sequence of standing poses, explore sitting forward bends, practice bow pose with a blanket and strap, and more. Every step of the way, Jessica shares accessory-friendly variations and alignment tips that can help you get more comfortable in the poses. Have an extra blanket and extra strap (or something similar, like a tie or belt) available.
