Yoga for Waiting

This class was designed for expectant yoga practitioners, but anyone can benefit from it. You'll begin with feel-good flowing movements that can be especially helpful in the latter part of pregnancy. After that, you'll move on to a progressive warrior flow that integrates those movements, a squatting sequence, seated hip openers, and more. You'll conclude with a mantra combined with arm movements, designed to get you comfortable being uncomfortable. Ready to get started?
