Yoga in the Kitchen

Just 20 minutes until dinner and food’s in the oven? Explore this full-body wall (or rather, countertop) practice that’s designed to be done in the kitchen. 

You’ll explore squats, down dog, plank, balance work, warriors, chair twists, and more within a mostly standing practice. This is a great way to squeeze yoga into a busy day, so enjoy taking some time out for yourself.
