Yoga to Clear Mental Clutter

This practice is an opportunity to clear your mind so you can assimilate what’s important and let go of the rest! Class includes chanting Om, moving through an energizing triangle sequence, resting in a supported forward fold, and more. You’ll conclude with a guided visualization practice in savasana.
