Class Description

A practice that includes equal parts activation and relaxed expansion builds stability and a balanced energy. Follow along as Sarah introduces deep contractions for a strong, supported seated posture, and complete relaxation for freer breath. The result is the opening of subtle energy channels, allowing you to experience the flow of prana in your body and preparing you to concentrate that energy with pranayama.
