Class Description

This quick 10-minute core-strengthening sequence will help you create and maintain low back stability. The simple movements and postures provided can also aid nearly all low back discomfort. This class will focus on slow, mindful movements. Remember to stop if you feel any pain or strain. Most of all, enjoy the healing experience this class may bring.
