Yoga to Support the Grieving Process

Support the digestion of thoughts, feelings, and experiences that accompany the grief process. Begin with an energizing bhastrika (bellows breath) to break up feelings of stagnation, then focus on moving with your breath, building moderate heat, and resting occasionally in order to pause and integrate your experience. Close with a restorative savasana using blankets and an optional eye pillow.
