Class Description

This practice, which can help you get going in the morning, is designed to support the digestion of thoughts, feelings, and experiences that come with grieving.

Class opens with an energizing bhastrika (bellows breathing) to break up feelings of stagnation. After that, you’ll focus on moving with your breath, building moderate heat, and resting occasionally in order to pause and integrate your experience.
