In this helpful class, pregnant practitioners will learn yoga techniques that can make labor more easeful, and their birthing partners will learn how they can provide both emotional and physical support during the process. You'll learn a little bit about the anatomy of the pelvis and how these practices help support the laboring person. The props used in this class can be customized and replaced, depending on what you have available.
