Yogees Knees! Strength and Mobility

This progressive and prop-supported practice is designed to strengthen and mobilize your knees. You'll do various forms of squats and lunges with props to help enhance the sensations. Bridge pose will help to strengthen your glutes (a key component to happy knees!), and supine hamstring stretches will wrap up class. Enjoy!

Props: 2 blankets, chair, 2 hand towels, block, strap
